敏捷制造已成為21世紀(jì)造船的主要模式,它以聯(lián)盟企業(yè)協(xié)同的方式對(duì)船舶市場(chǎng)做出了靈活的快速反應(yīng)?,F(xiàn)代造船模式的應(yīng)用和推廣,加快了船舶結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)模塊化和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)的形成。隨著先進(jìn)制造理論的引入,使得現(xiàn)代造船模式迅速向敏捷制造方向發(fā)展。船舶敏捷制造是將某船舶建造項(xiàng)目的船舶設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃、船舶總裝等管理功能作為一個(gè)獨(dú)立的主體或盟主,以船廠內(nèi)部的各生產(chǎn)中心和大量的配套廠、原材料供應(yīng)商和外協(xié)廠組成的多項(xiàng)目動(dòng)態(tài)聯(lián)盟。隨著造船模式向敏捷制造模式的深入,由于資源的稀缺性和在各個(gè)項(xiàng)目間的共享,資源沖突比較嚴(yán)重。由多個(gè)盟員企業(yè)組成的船舶敏捷制造企業(yè)在資源配置和生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃方面面臨著新的挑戰(zhàn)。
關(guān)鍵鏈作為一種新的項(xiàng)目管理技術(shù),應(yīng)用到實(shí)際中能有效的縮短工期、減少資源沖突以及降低項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃實(shí)施的不確定性。所以,本文借鑒關(guān)鍵鏈的思想和方法將關(guān)鍵鏈的思想引入到敏捷制造資源配置中,以解決船舶敏捷制造資源配置問題。首先,分析了船舶敏捷制造過程的實(shí)質(zhì),結(jié)合船舶敏捷制造提出現(xiàn)在船舶制造資源配置過程。通過對(duì)關(guān)鍵鏈理論的分析,進(jìn)而提出了基于關(guān)鍵鏈理論的船舶敏捷制造資源配置思路和方法。其次通過對(duì)資源配置模型,緩沖管理和優(yōu)化算法等關(guān)鍵問題進(jìn)行研究,為船舶敏捷制造資源配置提供方法。最后,對(duì)廈門船舶重工有限公司的船舶敏捷制造進(jìn)行了分析,通過收集生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù),系統(tǒng)模型,仿真運(yùn)行來確定船舶敏捷制造關(guān)鍵鏈,并在此基礎(chǔ)上得出資源優(yōu)化配置方案和緩沖設(shè)置的具體位置和大小,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)船舶制造的敏捷化。

Abstract
Agile manufacturing has become the main mode of the 21st century, shipbuilding, it synergistic manner Alliance made on the shipping market and flexible rapid response. Modern shipbuilding mode of application and promotion, to accelerate the ship structural design the formation of modular and standardized technology. With the introduction of advanced manufacturing theory, making the modern shipbuilding mode direction quickly to agile manufacturing. This ship manufacturing, ship building project is a ship design, production planning, ship assembly and other management functions as an independent body or chief, to the various production centers within the shipyard and a lot of supporting plants, raw material suppliers and foreigncomposed of multi-project co-plant dynamic alliance.As the ship model to agile manufacturing depth, due to the scarcity of resources and sharing among the various projects, resources, more serious conflict. Composed by a number of ships leaguer agile manufacturing enterprise business in resource allocation and production planning is facing new challenges.
Critical Chain Project Management as a new technique, applied to practice effectively shorten the construction period, reduce resource conflicts and reduce the uncertainty of project implementation, therefore, this key chain learn from the ideas and methods will be introduced to the key chain idea all ocation of resources in agile manufacturing, agile manufacturing resources to solve the problem. First, the analysis of the real ship agile manufacturing, agile manufacturing, combined with the ship now made the process of shipbuilding resources. Through theoretical analysis of the key chain, key chain and then puts forward the theory based on the ship thinking and agile manufacturing resource allocation methods. Secondly, through the resource allocation model, buffer management, and optimization of the key issues, the allocation of resources for the ship to provide agile manufacturing methods. Finally, Xiamen Shipbuilding Industry Co.
