本科生畢業(yè)論文——溫州中小企業(yè)“倒閉潮”的深層經(jīng)濟(jì)原因分析（附帶開題報(bào)告）

摘要

 “溫州模式”曾因其對溫州經(jīng)濟(jì)的巨大推動作用而備受推崇和效仿。然而近段時(shí)間，溫州中小企業(yè)的大量破產(chǎn)和倒閉卻使得這一模式受到嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。對于溫州中小企業(yè)倒閉現(xiàn)象的原因，學(xué)術(shù)界一直是眾說紛紜。本文通過理論和數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)合的方法，通過對“溫州模式”特點(diǎn)的分析，對溫州中小企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理、政府以及金融機(jī)構(gòu)政策方面的局限進(jìn)行探討，論證這場溫州企業(yè)“倒閉潮”背后的經(jīng)濟(jì)原因。溫州模式自身的特點(diǎn)決定了其自主性強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn)，但同時(shí)又容易導(dǎo)致企業(yè)盲目經(jīng)營，在日益激烈的競爭下，科技能力弱的短板也日益暴露。溫州中小企業(yè)多是家族式的管理模式，這種模式做大之后如不向現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度靠攏，就會阻礙企業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。在這場“倒閉潮”中，政府稅收過重以及國家宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策也難辭其咎。中小企業(yè)的貸款難、資金鏈斷裂的問題則要從模式本身和金融機(jī)構(gòu)共同找原因。據(jù)此本文得出結(jié)論，倒閉危機(jī)的化解，要從模式的繼承和提高，政府政策的引導(dǎo)，企業(yè)管理的完善和銀行對中小企業(yè)融資的支持方面采取一攬子的措施。

Abstract

The Wenzhou mode had been admired and emulated by others for its great contribution to Wenzhou’s economy. In recently however, the model was challenged for lots of its enterprises were died. About the reasons of this bankruptcy, a lot of explanation has been given. In this article, theory and date are used to analyze reasons of this bankruptcy matter. To finish this, not only the Wenzhou mode is discussed, but the enterprises’ internal management problem, the government—policy and the financial institutions’ policy were also studied. One of the important characteristics of the Wenzhou enterprises is that they would develop all by themselves, but at the same time it’s easy for them to become bland. And with the increasingly fierce competition, weakness in technological capacity is also exposed. Most of the Wenzhou enterprises are managed by a family. This mode will hinder the further development of enterprises if they didn’t make a change. The heavy government—tax, and the country's macroeconomic policy are also to blame in this disaster. And the financial institutions are also play a role in this disaster for it didn’t give enough financial support to the enterprises. For this reason, great effort must be made to solve this problem, for instance, the Wenzhou mode should be improved, the government should guide the enterprises, the enterprise management should be improved and the financial institutions must support enough money to the enterprises.
