摘要:本文研究開發(fā)了新型內(nèi)循環(huán)污泥濃縮消化反應(yīng)器(ICSTD),實(shí)現(xiàn)了污泥濃縮消化一體化,并進(jìn)行了城市污水廠污泥處理的試驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)有機(jī)負(fù)荷9.68KgVS/m3.d,平均水力停留時(shí)間3.1日,污泥固體停留時(shí)間為54.8d時(shí),污泥有機(jī)物分解率可達(dá)到79.1%,排泥含水率達(dá)到90%,且上清液清澈,污泥消化與濃縮過程起到了相互促進(jìn)的作用。

Abstract:A new kind of Internal Circulation Sludge Thickening and Digestion reactor (ICSTD) was developed, and the process of sludge treatment of municipal wastewater treatment plant was studied in this paper. The results shows that the 79.1% VS removal rate can be obtained, and the 90% containing water rated of discharged sludge can be obtained also, while influent organic loading rate 9.68KgVS/m3.d, and HRT3.1d. The thickening process will benefit for the digestion, and digestion process will benefit for the thickening process.
