摘要:我國(guó)加入WTO及對(duì)外開(kāi)放的進(jìn)一步深入給國(guó)內(nèi)的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)帶來(lái)了巨大商機(jī),同時(shí)也帶來(lái)了激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)要想在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中獲勝,加強(qiáng)人力資源管理是關(guān)鍵,而重慶市南岸區(qū)的雞冠石鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)人力資源管理目前還處在摸索和起步階段,存在許多嚴(yán)重的問(wèn)題。留不住人才,發(fā)揮不了人才的積極作用,已成為制約企業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶頸。本文針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)企業(yè)在人力資源管理上普遍存在的問(wèn)題,以雞冠石鎮(zhèn)的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)為例,在吸收和借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)人力資源管理研究的最新成果和有益經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了改進(jìn)和完善雞冠石鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)人力資源管理的對(duì)策。

Analysis of the country enterprise human resources management of Nan’an District Jiguanshi town

Abstract: China's entry into WTO and the further opening up had brought domestic country enterprises great opportunities, and also brought fierce market competition. Country enterprises want to win the competition, the strengthening of human resources management is the key. The country enterprise human resources management of Nan’an District Jiguanshi town is still in the initial stage of exploration and there are many serious problems. The phenomenon of not retaining talent and talent not playing an active role has become the bottlenecks of country enterprises development. This article first analyze the common problems of the human resources management existed in the domestic enterprises township enterprises, and take the country enterprises in Jiguanshi town for example. Absorbing and using the latest research achievements and useful experience of foreign and domestic country enterprises human resources management, then set forth solutions to improve the human resource management of Jiguanshi town enterprises.
