摘要
城市社區(qū)依法治理，是城市社區(qū)區(qū)域內(nèi)的眾多主體共同參與，依照法律法規(guī)，通過各種途徑和形式，逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)治理目標(biāo)的過程及活動(dòng)。城市社區(qū)依法治理是實(shí)施依法治國方略的重要組成部分，是全民參與和承擔(dān)的當(dāng)代法治實(shí)踐，是一個(gè)宏大的社會(huì)系統(tǒng)工程。城市社區(qū)依法治理是依法治國的基礎(chǔ)工程，它的基礎(chǔ)性作用，還在于它極大地推動(dòng)了市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，建立依法治國所必須依賴的法治經(jīng)濟(jì)。當(dāng)前我國城市社區(qū)治理過程中存在諸如法制不健全和治理主體不明確等問題，本文通過資料收集和現(xiàn)場考查的研究方法，從理論上闡述了城市社區(qū)依法治理的內(nèi)涵、基本內(nèi)容以及主要方法，通過對(duì)我國城市社區(qū)依法治理現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查研究，針對(duì)我國城市社區(qū)依法治理中現(xiàn)存的主要問題，提出了解決這些問題的對(duì)策建議。

Discussion on Administration to Law of Urban Community in
Abstract
With the construction of socialism market economy system and some social functions revert to social, urban community, which act as the carrier of social become more and more important. In fact, Urban Community Governance is a basic factor under the process of rule by law. Therefore, the construction of legal system in urban community need us to solve all the problems such as the lost of governance subject, the lack of legal system. In this article, we expatiate on the basic concept and content of legal construction in urban community. And with the investigation on actual status of China urban community, we put forward the problems that should be settled immediately and give some advice to solve the problems.
