摘 要
  我本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的題目是墊圈的落料沖孔復(fù)合模具設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)之前到機(jī)械制造現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了實(shí)地調(diào)研,認(rèn)真完成了相關(guān)資料的收集工作。沖壓工藝在現(xiàn)代機(jī)械、汽車、電子信息產(chǎn)品等制造業(yè)中有著廣泛的應(yīng)用,沖壓模具是進(jìn)行沖壓工藝生產(chǎn)的重要工藝裝備。本文在分析制件的工藝性基礎(chǔ)之上,綜合考慮模具生產(chǎn)的可行性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性,完成了模具結(jié)構(gòu)形式的選擇、壓力機(jī)的選用、凸凹模間隙及刃口尺寸計(jì)算、模具零部件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和總裝零件圖的繪制。
  通過(guò)這次設(shè)計(jì),我鞏固了機(jī)械基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),將大學(xué)四年所學(xué)融會(huì)貫通。同時(shí)學(xué)會(huì)了手冊(cè)、工具書(shū)的使用,拓寬了知識(shí)面。對(duì)沖壓工藝與模具設(shè)計(jì)有了整體的認(rèn)識(shí),具有能正確編制沖壓件工藝規(guī)程和設(shè)計(jì)中等復(fù)雜程度模具的能力。
  由于本人知識(shí)面窄、水平有限、經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足等諸多原因,在論文的設(shè)計(jì)和編寫(xiě)中可能存在許多的問(wèn)題,希望老師能提出寶貴意見(jiàn)和建議,以利于我在以后不斷改進(jìn),謝謝!

ABSTRAC
  I am the subject of this graduation project is a washer composite blanking punching mold design. Prior to the machine design was carried out field research, carefully complete the collection of relevant information. Stamping technology in the modern machinery, automobiles, electronic information products manufacturing industry has a wide range of applications, stamping dies for stamping process is an important production process equipment. Based on the analysis of workpiece based on the process, considering the feasibility of mold and economy to complete the mold structure of choice, the choice of press, punch and die clearance and the cutting edge dimension calculation, structural design of mold parts mapping and assembly parts. With this design, I consolidate the basic knowledge of mechanical, digest what they have learned the university for four years. Also learned manual, the use of books, expanded the scope of knowledge. Of the stamping process and die design with the overall understanding of the preparation has to correct stamping process planning and design of moderate complexity molds. As the knowledge I have narrow, limited, lack of experience and many other reasons, the paper design and preparation of many of the problems that may exist in the hope that the teacher can provide valuable advice and suggestions in order to facilitate continuous improvement in the future I am, thank you!
