基于雙曲面冷拉型鋼棒材矯直機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)
摘要:本文從研究矯直棒材的變形機(jī)理入手,設(shè)計(jì)出一臺(tái)七輥矯直機(jī),并對(duì)矯直變形理論及矯直工藝進(jìn)行了研究。所設(shè)計(jì)的矯直機(jī)采用懸臂式機(jī)架結(jié)構(gòu),該結(jié)構(gòu)為當(dāng)前矯直機(jī)的主體形式,具有換輥方便,操作調(diào)整靈活等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。其共有7個(gè)輥系,分為上下兩行,輥距相等,輥軸上下兩行交錯(cuò)排列,且平行。
在文中介紹了矯直機(jī)的基本參數(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程和相關(guān)參數(shù)的選取。從矯直產(chǎn)品的規(guī)格出發(fā),依據(jù)矯直的基本原理,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)理論,完成了設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù),達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)目的。其主體設(shè)計(jì)為輥系上下調(diào)整機(jī)構(gòu)、左右竄動(dòng)調(diào)整機(jī)構(gòu)、壓下機(jī)構(gòu)和機(jī)架等機(jī)構(gòu),同時(shí)對(duì)相關(guān)的參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了初步研究。

Abstract: Design on a seven rolls Straightening Machine and Technology of straightening section. Beginning of researching on the mechanism of researching on the mechanism of deformation of the straightening section, seven rolls straightening machine is designed are successfully trial-produced. In the meantime through research is done about the theory of straightening technology. In this article the straightening machine designed is to belong to cantilever frame structure, the normal form of straightened for now. Cantilever structure operation convenient for changing rolls, and adjust flexibly. It has seven roll systems totally, divided into two lines; rolls are in the equal distance up and down, the rollers are arranged fluctuation in two line crisscross, and paralleling.
In this paper introduces the basic parameters of the straightened the design process and related parameters selection. From the specifications of the products, the straightening based on the basic principle of straightening, has completed the design task, and reaches the design purpose. The main design is the roll system for up and down, the adjusting mechanism of dynamic adjusting mechanism, press agencies and frame institutions.
