9Cr2Mo特板矯直支撐輥的研制

摘要：簡要介紹了我國國內中厚板軋機用輥的基本情況；著重介紹了9Cr2Mo特板矯直支撐導輥的冶煉、鋼錠的制作方法、鍛造以及熱處理工藝；同時還對9Cr2Mo鋼的樣品做了退火、調質、表面淬火以及表面淬火后回火等熱處理實驗，進一步了解了9Cr2Mo特板矯直支撐導輥的組織與力學性能。

Abstract : The basic case of roll in heavy and medium plate mill in our county have introduced .The melting process ,casting method , forging and heat treatment process of 9Cr2Mo back roll have been introduced in detail . Also some heat treatment tests have been made for 9Cr2Mo,the microstructures and properties of 9Cr2Mo back roll have been introduced too.
