摘要
本次設(shè)計(jì)主要是臥式超聲珩磨機(jī)床的總體設(shè)計(jì),根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容要求,將對(duì)CA6140型車床進(jìn)行改進(jìn),使其達(dá)到滿足一定要求的臥式珩磨機(jī)床。
該設(shè)計(jì)首先從超聲珩磨機(jī)床的主要功用開始,介紹了當(dāng)今的珩磨加工工藝、超聲技術(shù)以及珩磨機(jī)床的應(yīng)用和發(fā)展。然后又針對(duì)機(jī)床的總體布局進(jìn)行分析,通過對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)要求的分析,設(shè)計(jì)出符合一定要求的夾具和液壓系統(tǒng)。之后,就是對(duì)導(dǎo)軌的比壓進(jìn)行計(jì)算,來驗(yàn)證導(dǎo)軌的剛度是否符合要求。
當(dāng)然,本次設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)是對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與分析,根據(jù)液壓系統(tǒng)在工作時(shí)的
受力情況和速度分析,來確定選擇合適的液壓缸及其尺寸。對(duì)其液壓系統(tǒng)在快進(jìn)、工進(jìn)和快退不同階段的情況分析,畫出符合條件的速度——功率圖、力——速度圖和流量速度圖。然后,通過對(duì)不同液壓系統(tǒng)的分析來確定適合的液壓系統(tǒng)來,并且選擇符合要求的各個(gè)控制元件以及油管、油箱和液壓油等等。在確定適合的液壓系統(tǒng)之后,就是對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)的驗(yàn)算和修改。通過對(duì)油溫度的驗(yàn)算,來確定是否需要冷卻。壓力的損失和功率的計(jì)算來驗(yàn)證所選擇的液壓系統(tǒng)是否符合要求。到此液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)完成。

Abstract
The design is mainly horizontal ultrasonic honing machine design, the content based on the requirements of design, CA6140 lathe will be improved so that it can meet certain requirements of the horizontal honing machine.
First, from the design of ultrasonic honing machine main function, introduced the use and development of the modern honing process, Ultrasound technology and machine tools honing. Then machine against the overall layout analysis of the design requirements analysis, designed to meet certain requirements of the fixture and hydraulic systems. After that the pressure of the right track calculated to verify Guide stiffness whether it meets the requirements.
Of course, this is designed to focus on the hydraulic system design and analysis, According to the force and velocity of the hydraulic system in the work, to determine the choice of hydraulic cylinder and its size. Its hydraulic system in the Fast Forward, the fast and retreat into different stages of the analysis, to give qualifying speed - Power chart, force—speed chart and flow- velocity map. After determined the appropriate hydraulic system, it is the right of checking and revision the hydraulic system. By checking the temperature of the oil to determine which it is need for cooling. The loss of pressure and calculation of power verify whether the hydraulic systems are reached for the requirements. Therefore, hydraulic system design is completed.
