摘 要
本次設(shè)計(jì)以珩磨頭為基礎(chǔ),對機(jī)床—夾具—工件—刀具這一工藝系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行全面分析,為滿足加工要求采取合理的技術(shù)措施,對C630機(jī)床進(jìn)行改造。設(shè)計(jì)立足于“改”,使機(jī)床改裝后既滿足加工要求,結(jié)構(gòu)又簡單、方案合理。
設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)為立式車床珩磨頭。設(shè)計(jì)總共分為五章。
第一章首先進(jìn)行工藝分析,確定將C630車床改裝為立式珩磨床,車床主軸作為間接動力源,帶動珩磨頭的主軸作主運(yùn)動,用車床進(jìn)給機(jī)構(gòu)完成進(jìn)給運(yùn)動,實(shí)現(xiàn)珩齒加工,并對車床進(jìn)行分析和改裝總體布局。
第二章主要對珩齒加工技術(shù)進(jìn)行完整的詳細(xì)的說明,包括珩齒技術(shù)的發(fā)展,應(yīng)用范圍,工作原理,操作方法,主要的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)等等,以及珩齒誤差產(chǎn)生原因和修正的方法。
第三章珩磨頭的設(shè)計(jì)為本次設(shè)計(jì)重點(diǎn),因?yàn)樗脑O(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量直接關(guān)系到被加工工件的加工質(zhì)量,設(shè)計(jì)包括對珩磨頭的一些主要零部件,珩磨輪,摩擦盤,壓盤,偏心盤等等;支撐部件,如滑座,底座等等,軸類部件,包括主軸,心軸,對這些零件進(jìn)行全面的分析和強(qiáng)度的計(jì)算以及校核,還包括部分夾具,彈簧,箱體的設(shè)計(jì)如胎蓋,窺視蓋等。

Abstract
The design is regarding machine tools as honing machine. Towards the machine tools ---fixture---workpiece , it provides the synthetically analysis for this craft system .In order to satisfy the requirement of the process , it adopt the rational technology measures reform the C630 machine tools .Reforming is the basis of this design ,The reformed machine tools not only meet the requirement of process , but also has a simply structure and a reasonable process plan .
The design of the workpiece is a half accurate boring connect the big head of hole .The machine tools will be reformed to common lathe of C630 .The design consists of five chapters in a total.
Chapter 1 carries on the craft analysis, determined reequips the lathe the vertical top horizontal jade piece grinder, the lathe main axle took the indirect power supply, the impetus honing machine. main axle takes responsibility the movement, enters with the lathe to the organization completes for the movement, the realization top horizontal jade piece tooth processing, and carries on the analysis and the reequipment overall layout to the lathe
Chapter 2 . mainly carries on the integrity to the top horizontal jade piece tooth processing technology the detailed explanation, including the top horizontal jade piece tooth technology development, the application scope, the principle of work, the operating procedure, main good and bad points and so on, as well as the top horizontal jade piece tooth error has the reason and the revision method.
Chapter 3 . honing machine design for this design key, because its design quality directly relates is processed the work piece the processing quality, designs including to honing machine some main spare parts, the top horizontal jade piece emery wheel, friction plate, presses the plate, sheave and so on; Supports the part, like track way, foundation and so on, the axis class part, including the main axle, the spindle, carries on the comprehensive analysis and the intensity computation as well as the examination to these components, but also includes the partial jigs, the spring, the box body design like tip, peeps at covers and so on.
