xx縣人民醫(yī)院消化系統(tǒng)藥物的臨床應(yīng)用分析

摘要：了解我院兩年來(lái)消化系統(tǒng)藥物的使用現(xiàn)狀，對(duì)其臨床使用情況進(jìn)行分析，為臨床合理用藥提供依據(jù)。通過(guò)從門診藥房的藥品進(jìn)出庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)收集的數(shù)據(jù)，采用金額排序法和頻度分析對(duì)我院2011-2012年消化系統(tǒng)藥物的臨床使用情況作統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。2012年消化系統(tǒng)藥物的銷售總額與2011年相比有所增長(zhǎng)，抗酸藥與抗?jié)儾∷幵诟黝愊到y(tǒng)藥物的銷售額中連續(xù)兩年均排名第一，其次是肝膽病輔助藥。用藥頻度最大的是抗酸藥與抗?jié)儾∷?。單味藥中用藥金額最大的是蘭索拉唑，用藥頻度最大的是多潘立酮。我院消化系統(tǒng)藥物的臨床使用基本合理。

Clinical analysis of digestive system drugs in the people's Hospital of Zhenxiong county during 2011-2012


Abstract:Current situation of the use of our hospital two years of digestive system drugs, to analyze its clinical use, provide the basis for clinical rational drug use. All the data collected by the library management system from the outpatient pharmacy drugs, the amount of sorting method and frequency analysis of clinical use in our hospital during 2011-2012 were analyzed statistically in digestive system drugs. 2012 sales of digestive system drugs increase compared with 2011, antiacid and antiulcer agents in all kinds of digestive system drugs in sales for two consecutive years ranked first, followed by the liver and gallbladder diseases adjuvant. Frequency of drug use is the largest antiacid and antiulcer agents. The amount of medication single herb is the biggest lansoprazole, frequency of drug use is the largest domperidone. The clinical use of digestive system drugs in our hospital is rational basically.
