本設(shè)計(jì)是實(shí)驗(yàn)樓進(jìn)行改擴(kuò)建的設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書和綜述報(bào)告的要求,我的設(shè)計(jì)方案為一座品字形狀的建筑。占地面積為2152.62㎡,總高為15.6m,屬多層建筑。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求,設(shè)防烈度為8度,抗震等級為二級,設(shè)計(jì)中要考慮抗震設(shè)計(jì)。本方案采用鋼筋混凝土現(xiàn)澆框架結(jié)構(gòu)。主體結(jié)構(gòu)為雙向承重框架,橫向框架不等跨。在進(jìn)行荷載計(jì)算和構(gòu)件截面估算后,選取一榀框架進(jìn)行計(jì)算,用力矩迭代法算出內(nèi)力,并對最不利活荷載和最不利內(nèi)力進(jìn)行分析,通過底部剪力法求出地震荷載。本方案基礎(chǔ)形式采用柱下獨(dú)立基礎(chǔ),樓梯為鋼筋混凝土現(xiàn)澆板式樓梯。整個方案設(shè)計(jì)基本符合設(shè)計(jì)和結(jié)構(gòu)要求,具有一定的創(chuàng)造性和合理性。

English abstract
This design is tests the building to carry on changes the extension the design. According to the design project description and the summary report request, my design proposal is a character shape construction. The area for 2152.62㎡, the overall height is 15.6m, is the multi-layered construction. According to the design request, the defended intensity is 8 degrees, the earthquake resistance rank is two levels, in the design needs to consider the earthquake resistance design. This plan uses the reinforced concrete cast-in-place portal frame construction. The main body structure for the bidirectional load-bearing frame, the crosswise frame does not wait to step. After carries on the load computation and the component section estimate, selects a pin frame to carry on the computation, figures out the endogenic force with the moment of force repetitive process, and the most disadvantageous endogenic force carries on the analysis to the most disadvantageous live load, extracts the earthquake load through the base shearing force law. This plan foundation form uses under the column the independent foundation, the staircase for the reinforced concrete cast-in-place beat staircase. The entire project design conforms to the design and the structure request basically, has certain creativity and the rationality.
