蓋板的加工

【摘要】

　　　數(shù)控技術(shù)是一門(mén)集機(jī)械、電子、信息和管理等學(xué)科于一體的新興交叉學(xué)科，目前，我國(guó)制造業(yè)已開(kāi)始廣泛使用先進(jìn)的數(shù)控技術(shù)，數(shù)控加工技術(shù)作為先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力的代表，在機(jī)械相關(guān)行業(yè)領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮著重要的 作用，在機(jī)械制造加工中得到越來(lái)越多的應(yīng)用。本次設(shè)計(jì)就是進(jìn)行零件數(shù)控加工工藝的設(shè)計(jì)，編寫(xiě)蓋板的加工規(guī)程（包括工藝卡片和數(shù)控刀具卡片）和主要工序的工裝設(shè)計(jì)。并用G代碼編制該零件的數(shù)控加工程序，再則學(xué)習(xí)利用計(jì)算機(jī)輔助工藝設(shè)計(jì)（CAPP）相關(guān)知識(shí)，添加必要的加工過(guò)程圖片。

[Abstract] the numerical control technology is disciplines and so on collection machinery, electron, information and management in body's emerging interdisciplinary studies, at present, our country manufacturing industry started widely to use the advanced numerical control technology, representative who the numerical control process technology takes the advanced productive forces, is playing the vital role in the machinery related profession domain, in the machine manufacture processes obtains more and more applications. This design is carries on the components numerical control processing craft the design, compiles lap's processing regulations (including process chart and numerical control cutting tool card) and the main working procedure work clothes design. And establishes this components with the G code the numerical control processing program, moreover the study (CAPP) is related the knowledge using the computer auxiliary technological design, increases the essential processing process picture.
