摘 要

“三農(nóng)”問題的核心問題之一是農(nóng)民問題，中央歷來把農(nóng)民滿意不滿意作為衡量農(nóng)村工作成效的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容，然而理論界還鮮有對農(nóng)民滿意度系統(tǒng)的研究。本文以湖北省365個(gè)農(nóng)戶的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù)，對影響農(nóng)民滿意度的因素進(jìn)行了分析，并對調(diào)查地區(qū)的農(nóng)民進(jìn)行了滿意度評價(jià)。研究表明：影響農(nóng)民滿意度的因素主要表現(xiàn)在醫(yī)療水平、經(jīng)濟(jì)收入、干部作風(fēng)、交通狀況、教育投入、教育水平和文明程度7個(gè)方面。而惠農(nóng)政策、社會(huì)保障、民主氛圍和住房狀況對農(nóng)民滿意度影響不顯著。分析還顯示，農(nóng)民滿意度在收入來源上存在顯著差異，以土地發(fā)包為收入來源的農(nóng)民的滿意度顯著高于以種糧為收入來源的農(nóng)民滿意度；以種經(jīng)濟(jì)作物為收入來源的農(nóng)民滿意度顯著高于以種糧和外出打工為收入來源的農(nóng)民的滿意度。對湖北襄樊地區(qū)的農(nóng)民滿意度評估表明，農(nóng)民滿意度總體水平偏低，但農(nóng)民對村風(fēng)文明程度和教育水平表現(xiàn)出較高的滿意度，而對教育投入和干部作風(fēng)表現(xiàn)出較低的滿意度。

Empirical Analysis of Influencing factors and measure
of Satisfaction farmers
- a survey based on Xiangfan region

Abstract

The farmers is one of the core issues of “three Rural Issues”, the Central has always been the satisfaction of farmers in rural areas as a measure of the effectiveness of an important element, however, the theoretical circle of farmers also rarely satisfaction systems. Based on 365 peasant households in Hubei Province, the survey analyzed the factors of Satisfaction of the affected farmers, and evaluate farmers’ satisfaction of Xiang fan City.Study shows that: the impact of farmer satisfaction with the performance of the main factors in the medical level, income, work style of cadres, traffic conditions, investment in education, educational level and the extent of seven aspects of civilization. Where, agricultural policy, social security, democratic atmosphere and housing conditions on satisfaction with the impact of farmers is not significant. The analysis also showed that, there was a significant difference in the sources of income satisfaction , the satisfaction of the farmers in land contract is More significant than in grain farmers as a source of income satisfaction. The assessment of farmers satisfaction in Xiang fan of Hubei Province showed that the overall level of satisfaction is low, but the degree of farmers civilization and education is on a higher level satisfaction, investment in education and the style of cadres to show lower satisfaction degrees.
