摘 要
改革開放30年，人民生活水平的不斷提高，物質(zhì)文化消費(fèi)的需要進(jìn)一步加大，作為安身立命之首的住房當(dāng)之無愧的成為關(guān)系到民生民計(jì)的首要大事。而住宅樓的建筑設(shè)計(jì)是否完善，直接關(guān)系到百姓的安居樂業(yè)。此篇論文是關(guān)于建筑設(shè)計(jì)中的電氣照明部分的設(shè)計(jì)，它也是建筑設(shè)計(jì)重要的部分之一。
福佳商城1號樓為12層民用住宅樓，樓層高度為35.75米，建筑面積為9666.72m 。其中：地下1層為人防地下室戰(zhàn)時(shí)為五級一等人員掩蔽所，平時(shí)為普通儲(chǔ)藏室。地上1、2層為商用建筑，3到10層為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)住宅層，11層為頂層。樓內(nèi)安裝有24小時(shí)工作電梯。本建筑物共七路電源進(jìn)線，全部由小區(qū)變電所引來，采用電纜埋地引至地下室的配電間，電壓均為220/380V。本文通過必要的計(jì)算和按照國家規(guī)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對建筑進(jìn)行強(qiáng)電和弱電方面的設(shè)計(jì)。強(qiáng)電設(shè)計(jì)方面：在確定了配電系統(tǒng)方案和照明方案之后，進(jìn)行了照度計(jì)算和負(fù)荷計(jì)算,并且對導(dǎo)線、開關(guān)、插座等電氣設(shè)備進(jìn)行了選擇，同時(shí)對所選擇的燈具與開關(guān)進(jìn)行了合理的布置。在綜合布線方面，對有線電視線路、電話系統(tǒng)、對講機(jī)系統(tǒng)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)線路行了設(shè)計(jì)，本文對建筑的各種管線鋪設(shè)方法有明確的說明。在防雷安全方面，進(jìn)行了避雷帶、引下線及接地極的設(shè)計(jì)；最后，進(jìn)行了工程概預(yù)算。

Abstract
In reform and opening-up over the past 30 years, the constant improvement of the living standards of the people, the need of the cultural consumption of material is further strengthened, as settle down and get on with one's work house becoming, concerning people's livelihood primary trouble that the people counts deserving of the first. And whether the architectural design of residential building is complete, concern living and working in peace and contentment of common people directly. This thesis is a design of the electric lighting part regarding in the architectural design, it is one of the parts with important architectural design too.
Building 1 of good store of good fortune is civil residential building of 12 storeys, the height of the floor is 35.75 meters, floor area is 9666.72m . Among them: 1 storey in the underground is that the basement of people's air defense is first-class personnel's shelter of five grades in wartime, it is the ordinary storeroom at ordinary times. 1, 2 storeys are the commercial building on the ground, 3 to 10 floors are storey of standard house, and the top floor on the 11th floor. Install 24-hour job lift in the floor. Building this seven Luis power enter the line altogether, all is attracted by the transformer substation in the district, while adopting the cable to guide burying, the voltage is 220/380V. Through essential calculation and go on the design of better cable and weak cable according to national regulation standard to building this text. The respect that the strong electricity is designed:After confirming the systematic scheme of the distribution and lighting scheme, have carried on calculating and load calculation of the intensity of illumination, and has chosen electric equipment such as the wire, switch, socket, carried on the rational arrangement to lamps and lanterns and switch chosen at the same time.
