隨著學(xué)習(xí)的深入，漸漸的對(duì)鐵塔行業(yè)有了一定的了解，學(xué)到了很多的行業(yè)知識(shí)，公司有一個(gè)規(guī)定要求繪圖放養(yǎng)人員每天要到車間實(shí)習(xí)兩個(gè)小時(shí)以達(dá)到實(shí)踐與理論相結(jié)合，這也給我提供了更多的學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)，通過(guò)在車間的學(xué)習(xí)以及親身的勞動(dòng)，對(duì)機(jī)器的親自操作，對(duì)材料的調(diào)配使我受益匪淺，學(xué)到了很多書(shū)本上沒(méi)有的東西。
目前，雖然一些數(shù)控自動(dòng)線進(jìn)入了鐵塔行業(yè)，大大提高了鐵塔生產(chǎn)的工藝水平和生產(chǎn)效率。但是，目前自動(dòng)線還不能覆蓋所有的工藝過(guò)程，一些簡(jiǎn)單加工件也沒(méi)必要采用自動(dòng)線生產(chǎn)，再加上引進(jìn)自動(dòng)線資金投入比較大，因此，鐵塔生產(chǎn)廠家，一般都采取自動(dòng)線生產(chǎn)和手工加工相結(jié)合的方法。
With the deepening of learning, and gradually to the Tower with some understanding of the industry, learned a lot of industry knowledge, the company required to have a day-range graphics to a two-hour training workshop in order to achieve a combination of practice and theory, which I also provide additional learning opportunities, through learning in the workshop as well as personal work, theperson-to-machine operation, the deployment of the material so that I benefited from, learned a lot of things not in books.
At present, although some CNC Automatic line to enter the tower industry, which greatly raised the level of the Eiffel Tower production process and production efficiency. However, the current line does not automatically cover all of the technological process, a number of simple processing cases did not need for automatic production lines, together with the introduction of automatic lines relatively large capital investment, therefore, tower manufacturers, are generally taken by automatic line production and a combination of manual processing method.
