Abstract
Power transmission vehicle suspension is all connected devices collectively car frame and axle or between the wheels, and its role is to pass between the wheels and the role of forces and twisting the frame and the frame buffer passed by the uneven road or vehicle body impact and vibration attenuation caused thereby to ensure that the car can travel smoothly. Suspension performance is good or bad for the vehicle handling stability and ride comfort have a very significant impact.
Based on the design parameters of a car suspension model provided by the company, before the establishment of the family of software ADAMS ADAMS/Car module, the rear suspension virtual simulation model, the impact on vehicle handling stability and ride comfort of the suspension K&C characteristics of sport Science and elastic kinematics simulation analysis: wheel load, partial suspension frequency simulation analysis, simulation beating wheel in the same direction (K characteristics), beating two-wheeled reverse simulation analysis (K characteristics), the lateral force load simulation analysis (C characteristics), longitudinal force simulation analysis (C characteristic) and aligning torque load simulation analysis (C characteristic) loaded.
After the simulation is complete, according to the simulation results, the ADAMS / Postprocessor, draw a graph of simulation results. Each simulation curve representing the wheel runout in the range of -50 ~ 50mm, the lateral force in the - 2000N~2000N range of longitudinal force in the -2000N~2000N range£?aligning torque in -50000N/mm ~ 50000 N/mm range and a rack stroke within the range of -71 ~ 71mm, trends affecting vehicle handling stability and then each curve parameters to eva luate the performance of the suspension, as before, the rear suspension to improve the performance improvement and provide the basis for vehicle performance.
