摘要 隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,人們生活水平日益提高,廢棄的機(jī)電產(chǎn)品與日俱增,資源和能源的不足,已經(jīng)成為制約社會(huì)發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要原因,人類與環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的任務(wù)更加突出,對(duì)再制造的需求也更為迫切。其中比較先進(jìn)的技術(shù)當(dāng)屬激光再制造,所以對(duì)此技術(shù)展開研究非常有必要。本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)主要研究一套用于裝夾存在線缺陷的鈦合金薄板的夾具,這套夾具主要由夾具體、定位元件、夾緊裝置等部分組成,并通過一系列工藝實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證該套夾具的可行性。本論文首先簡(jiǎn)單介紹了再制造工程的背景以及夾具的定義,然后根據(jù)工作臺(tái)的參數(shù)確定裝置各零部件的尺寸,同時(shí)用UG軟件進(jìn)行三維建模,最后詳細(xì)介紹基于此套夾具進(jìn)行的一系列工藝實(shí)驗(yàn),通過分析實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)來判定夾具的可行性。

Laser remanufacturing process and fixture design of titanium alloy sheets with line defects

Abstract With the development of global economy and the improvement of people’s living standards, the amount of dumped electromechanical products has been increasing with each passing day. Shortage of resources and energy has become an important factor which restricts social development. As the task of coordinated development between man and environment has gained its significance, the demand for remanufacturing process is becoming more and more urgent. Therefore, it is very necessary to study laser remanufacturing, one of the most advanced technologies. This thesis mainly studies a set of fixtures which are used to clamp titanium alloy sheets with line defects. This set of fixtures mainly consists of clamp parts, locators, and clamping devices. And the feasibility of this set of fixtures will be verified through a series of experiments. In this thesis, the background of remanufacture engineering and the definition of fixture are firstly introduced. And then the sizes of various components of the device are determined according to the parameters of the working table. At the same time, the author uses UG, a modeling software, to offer a three dimensional model. At last, a series of experiments which are based on this set of fixtures are elaborated, and the feasibility of this set of fixtures is finally determined by the analysis of experimental data.
