摘要 大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)孵化基地是集企業(yè)孵化、研發(fā)創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)為一體的服務(wù)平臺(tái),它是以大學(xué)生這個(gè)群體作為服務(wù)對(duì)象,以鼓勵(lì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)來(lái)推動(dòng)就業(yè)的理念為前提,以其創(chuàng)辦的企業(yè)為主要孵化對(duì)象的孵化器建設(shè)。結(jié)合當(dāng)今全球經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的大背景,不難發(fā)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)孵化基地,對(duì)外面臨著各行各業(yè)大小企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),對(duì)內(nèi)也面臨著自身資金、經(jīng)驗(yàn)、技術(shù)等方面的挑戰(zhàn)。
通過(guò)合理地優(yōu)化開(kāi)發(fā)創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的培訓(xùn)資源并在此基礎(chǔ)上有效提升和改善培訓(xùn)效果,以此建立健全人才隊(duì)伍。對(duì)江蘇省高校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)孵化基地的培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,以相關(guān)培訓(xùn)理論為理論基礎(chǔ),采用定性的文獻(xiàn)分析法和訪談法綜合分析大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)孵化基地的培訓(xùn)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,挖掘江蘇大學(xué)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)孵化基地培訓(xùn)存在的問(wèn)題以及存在相關(guān)問(wèn)題的原因,并尋找相關(guān)策略,為江蘇大學(xué)構(gòu)建大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)孵化基地提供培訓(xùn)方面的理論指導(dǎo)和相關(guān)的方法論指導(dǎo),為政府制定相關(guān)政策提供參考,同時(shí)旨在更好地促進(jìn)江蘇省高校大學(xué)生實(shí)現(xiàn)自主創(chuàng)業(yè),緩解社會(huì)就業(yè)壓力,提高大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力,培育創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才,這對(duì)于孵化基地內(nèi)部創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的長(zhǎng)期持續(xù)性發(fā)展是非常有利的。

Training Problems and Strategies in Students' Pioneering Incubation in Jiangsu University
Abstract Students start incubator is a business incubator , research and innovation, entrepreneurship training as one of the service platform , which is based on the group as a university student clients, students will be encouraged to promote the concept of entrepreneurship as a precondition of employment , with its established businesses as the main incubator hatching object. Combined with today's global economic development background, not difficult to find college students venture incubators , foreign faces competition in all sizes of enterprises, also faces internal challenges own money , experience, technology and other aspects .
Through the rational development of the entrepreneurial team to optimize resources and training to effectively enhance and improve the effectiveness of training on this basis , in order to establish a sound personnel.
