摘要: 近十年來,汽車工業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,對(duì)汽車照明提出了越來越高的要求。車燈產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)周期縮短,產(chǎn)品更新加快,產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)由少品種大批量向多品種小批量的生產(chǎn)類型過渡,這對(duì)車燈的生產(chǎn)流程提出了新的要求。同時(shí)科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步又推動(dòng)了生產(chǎn)流程理論和方法的發(fā)展,這些年來企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)流程出現(xiàn)了許多新的思想和新的趨勢(shì),并在實(shí)踐中逐步得到推廣和應(yīng)用。
xx車輛部件有限公司是一家集研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、銷售為一體的車燈零部件供應(yīng)商,專業(yè)生產(chǎn)金屬?zèng)_壓件、塑膠成型件、鋁壓鑄件、汽車車燈投射鏡組的中外合作企業(yè)。公司積極推進(jìn)精益求精的生產(chǎn)模式,PDCA質(zhì)量分析及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)5S活動(dòng),通過不斷改善和優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)和制造工藝,以滿足客戶對(duì)產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)及成本的需求。
本文以xx公司車燈的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)為例,主要研究該企業(yè)生產(chǎn)流程的構(gòu)建與實(shí)施。通過對(duì)該企業(yè)基本情況的具體分析,指出企業(yè)當(dāng)前車燈生產(chǎn)流程所存在的問題,并分析企業(yè)實(shí)施生產(chǎn)流程改進(jìn)的重要意義。希望本文的研究能為車燈制造企業(yè)實(shí)施生產(chǎn)流程改進(jìn)提供理論參考,同時(shí)為相關(guān)企業(yè)構(gòu)建與實(shí)施車燈生產(chǎn)流程再造起到一定的借鑒和參考作用。

Abstract:Over the past decade , the rapid development of automobile industry , automotive lighting made increasing demands. Shorten the production cycle lights products , product updates faster, high-volume production transition from less variety to many varieties of small batch production type , which lights the production process proposed new requirements. Meanwhile operations research , systems engineering , microelectronics and computers and other new technologies emerge and mature, but also promoted the development of theory and methods of production processes , so the production process in recent years there have been many new ideas and new trends , and in practice gradually get promotion and application.
Enor is a collection development , production, sales as one of the headlight parts suppliers , specializing in the production of metal stamping parts, plastic molded parts , aluminum die casting , automotive lights projection lens group of Sino-foreign cooperative enterprises. Companies actively promote excellence in production mode , PDCA 5S quality analysis and on-site activities , through continuous improvement and optimization of product design and manufacturing processes to meet customer demand for product quality and costs.
This paper studies the construction and implementation of Enor production processes. Through detailed analysis of the basic situation, pointing out that the company's current headlight problems in the production process, and analyze the implementation of the production process to improve corporate significance. This study hopes to headlight manufacturers can implement to improve the production process to provide a theoretical reference , as well as construction and implementation of the relevant business process reengineering lights produce play a role in learning and reference .
