摘要 改革開放以來，我國經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展，城鎮(zhèn)化水平也不斷提高。然而，隨著人口的大量涌入及規(guī)模的持續(xù)擴大，城市中的許多問題正日益凸顯，并在不同程度上影響著市民的工作和生活，亦制約著城市的進一步發(fā)展。其中，城市交通問題尤其引人注目。它不僅造成時間、燃油等浪費，還帶來了空氣污染和噪聲污染等一系列問題。采取各種有效措施對交通問題進行治理已刻不容緩。
本文詳細考慮我國城市所存在的交通問題并分析其產(chǎn)生的原因，然后根據(jù)國內(nèi)外在該問題上的研究現(xiàn)狀，結(jié)合自己的理解提出各種措施對問題進行綜合治理。再以江蘇鎮(zhèn)江市為例，通過實地調(diào)查與數(shù)據(jù)分析，運用所提方法對鎮(zhèn)江市存在的交通問題進行治理，使城市交通變得更安全、便捷和舒適，讓市民的生活水平得到一定程度的提高。

Research on comprehensive management of city traffic problems
Abstract Since the reform and opening up, China's economic develops rapidly and the level of urbanization is also rising continuously. However, with the influx of population and the scale continues to expand, a lot of many problems in the city have become increasingly prominent, and affect the people's work and life, but also restricts the further development of the city. Among them, the urban transport problem is particularly noticeable. It not only caused the waste of time, fuel and so on, but also brought air pollution and noise pollution and other issues. Taking various effective measures to manage the traffic problem is imperative.
This paper considers the traffic problems in the cities of our country and analyzes its causes and then puts forward various measures to treat the problem according to the research at home and abroad on the issue and combined with mine understanding. Then taking Jiangsu Zhenjiang city as an example, through the analysis of field survey and data, using the proposed method to manage traffic problems existed in Zhenjiang City to make the city traffic safer, more convenient and more comfortable, thus to let the people's living standard has improved to some extent.
