摘要: 作為教學(xué)活動(dòng)中的主體,教師與學(xué)生越來越受到教育研究者的關(guān)注。高中新課標(biāo)指出,在教學(xué)中教師處于主導(dǎo)地位,要適時(shí)地引導(dǎo)學(xué)生,并且創(chuàng)造良好的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境從而讓學(xué)生全身心地投入到學(xué)習(xí)中去。而學(xué)生作為學(xué)習(xí)的主體,教師要讓學(xué)生參與到學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)的形成過程中來,讓他們參與到探究的過程中來,形成動(dòng)手與自學(xué)能力。如今課程改革不斷推進(jìn),教師要積極提高自身素質(zhì)參與到教學(xué)資源的開發(fā)與運(yùn)用中來,教師的素質(zhì)主要是在課堂上表現(xiàn)出來,所以教師的課堂教學(xué)技巧與人格魅力在教學(xué)活動(dòng)中有著重要作用。

The practice and application of classroom teaching and personality in the high school teaching
Abstract: As two main factors in the education ,teachers and students have got more and more attention of education researchers. New standard points out that teachers are in a dominant position in teaching, to timely guide the students to learn and create a good learning environment for students to devoting themselves to their studies. The students is the main body of learning, so we should let students participate in the formation process of learning knowledge, and let them participate in the process of exploring and self-study ability. In today's constantly promoting curriculum reform, teachers should also improve their own quality involved in the development and construction of curriculum resources, however, teachers' quality is mainly expressed in the classroom, so teachers' classroom teaching skills and personality are particularly important.
