隨著我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn)以及城市化結(jié)構(gòu)的完善,新型城市綜合體適應(yīng)當(dāng)下城建對(duì)土地的緊張需求,商業(yè)地產(chǎn)成為房地產(chǎn)發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)。從長(zhǎng)期來(lái)看中國(guó)的商業(yè)地產(chǎn)具有很大的發(fā)展空間,其在提高城市品位、促進(jìn)城市化、提高人民生活水平等方面具有明顯效果。近年來(lái)萬(wàn)科、中糧、綠地等企業(yè)紛紛大舉進(jìn)軍商業(yè)地產(chǎn),包括國(guó)外一些著名的商業(yè)地產(chǎn)企業(yè)也進(jìn)入我國(guó)商業(yè)地產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域,在這種迅猛的發(fā)展速度下它逐漸凸顯出經(jīng)營(yíng)效率低下、管理運(yùn)營(yíng)水平落后等問(wèn)題。其中,讓商業(yè)地產(chǎn)企業(yè)難以回避的共同難題則是人才瓶頸。
人力資源招聘關(guān)系到企業(yè)的興衰成敗,這也是人力資源管理與開發(fā)的一項(xiàng)重要職能。因此,探究商業(yè)地產(chǎn)企業(yè)在員工招聘管理中的問(wèn)題與對(duì)策,對(duì)于促進(jìn)中國(guó)商業(yè)地行業(yè)的健康、持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重大現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以無(wú)錫五洲國(guó)際有限公司為例(下文簡(jiǎn)稱WZ),從員工招聘的相關(guān)概念和重要性出發(fā),分析WZ公司在員工招聘中存在的問(wèn)題與原因,運(yùn)用招聘管理理論、企業(yè)內(nèi)外環(huán)境理論以及企業(yè)生命周期理論對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題提出解決對(duì)策,以促進(jìn)我國(guó)商業(yè)地產(chǎn)在物業(yè)管理階段的科學(xué)招聘。

Abstract
With the continuous development of urbanization and improvement of urbanization structure in China,the new urban complex adapts to the current demand for land of urban construction,and commercial real estate will be the focus of real estate development. In the long term,China's commercial real estate has much room for development with obvious results in improving urban quality,promoting urbanization,improving the people's living standards,etc. In recent years,Vanke,COFCO,Greenland Group and other companies have entered commercial real estate in China, including some well-known foreign companies of commercial real estate.The poor operating efficiency,the backward management and operation and other issues begin to appear at the rapid pace of development. Talent bottleneck is a common problem encountered by many enterprises.
HR recruitment is an important function of human resource management and development,which is related to a company's success or failure. Therefore,the exploration of issues and measures of recruitment of the commercial real estate enterprises is of great practical significance for the sustainable development of commercial real estate in China.Taking Wuxi Wuzhou International Group (referred to as WZ) for example and starting from the related concepts and the importance of recruitment,the paper analyzes problems and causes of recruitment in WZ,and then puts forward counter measures to promote the scientific development of commercial real estate in China.
