北京市園林苗圃可持續(xù)發(fā)展的研究

摘 要
文章介紹了園林苗圃的意義、園林苗圃在園林綠化中的任務(wù)、園林苗圃的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究動(dòng)態(tài)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的概念、北京市園林苗圃發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀等。并且利用可持續(xù)發(fā)展的概念,把園林苗圃的可持續(xù)發(fā)展?jié)B透到觀念形態(tài)層次,科學(xué)技術(shù)層次，經(jīng)濟(jì)——社會(huì)體制層次這三個(gè)層次上，提出北京市園林苗圃堅(jiān)持走可持續(xù)發(fā)展之路的發(fā)展目標(biāo)。
針對(duì)目前北京市園林苗圃存在的問(wèn)題，如：北京市園林苗圃仍然存在著無(wú)序競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、苗木市場(chǎng)存在無(wú)序狀態(tài)的情況、運(yùn)營(yíng)機(jī)制不能適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、缺乏長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的苗木規(guī)劃，苗木結(jié)構(gòu)有待改善、苗木的質(zhì)量得不到有效保障、園林苗圃科研意識(shí)淡化、仍然缺少具有技術(shù)水平的專業(yè)人才、土壤資源消耗嚴(yán)重等。提出北京市園林苗圃堅(jiān)持走可持續(xù)發(fā)展之路，關(guān)系到北京城市園林綠化和城市環(huán)境建設(shè)在可持續(xù)發(fā)展進(jìn)程中的步伐。北京市園林苗圃實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展，要繼續(xù)以市場(chǎng)為導(dǎo)向，以質(zhì)量為核心，以科技為動(dòng)力，以效益為目標(biāo)。堅(jiān)持持續(xù)穩(wěn)步發(fā)展，調(diào)整結(jié)構(gòu)，提高質(zhì)量，增加效益的方針。同時(shí)采取一定的發(fā)展策略，適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)需要，生產(chǎn)低成本，高質(zhì)量的花卉、苗木、草坪，走產(chǎn)業(yè)化、規(guī)?；?、科學(xué)化的發(fā)展道路。改革經(jīng)營(yíng)管理機(jī)制，實(shí)現(xiàn)積極增長(zhǎng)方式由勞動(dòng)密集型向技術(shù)密集型的轉(zhuǎn)變。

The article has introduced the meaning of the garden nursery , nursery task , domestic and international research dynamic status , the concept of sustainable development , current situation of the development of the nursery of the garden of Beijing in the nursery ,etc. of garden in a forestation in the garden. And utilize the concept of sustainable development , permeate the sustainable development of the garden nursery through the ideology level, scientific and technical level, economy - -Social system level at the three level these , propose Beijing garden nursery insists the development goal that takes the road to sustainable development.
To the question that the garden nursery of Beijing exists at present, for instance: The unordered competition still exists in the garden nursery of Beijing, nursery stock market have situation, operation mechanism of disordered state can meet development of market economy , lack long-term nursery stock plan, shoot timber structure await and improve, the quality of the nursery stock can not be got, garden nursery scientific research consciousness is desalinized , still lacks the qualified personnel in a specific field with engineering level, soil resource to consume seriously etc.. Propose Beijing garden nursery is it take the road to sustainable development to insist on , concern Beijing city a forestation and city environmental construction in sustainable development paces of the process. eyeing garden nursery realize sustainable development, should it is it take market as the direction to continue to take, regard quality as the core, regard science and technology as motive force , regard benefit as the goal. Insist that develops steadily continuously, adjust the structure , raise the quality, increase the policy of benefit. Adopt certain development tactics at the same time, meet the needs of market , produce the low cost, high-quality flowers , nursery stock , lawn, take the industrialization , scale , scientific development path. Manage the mechanism of management , realize the positive growth way from labor-intensive to technology-intensive transition in reform.
