摘 要
學(xué)生信息管理系統(tǒng)是典型的信息管理系統(tǒng)(MIS),其開發(fā)主要包括后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立和維護(hù)以及前端應(yīng)用程序的開發(fā)兩個(gè)方面。對于前者要求建立起數(shù)據(jù)一致性和完整性強(qiáng)、數(shù)據(jù)安全性好的庫。而對于后者則要求應(yīng)用程序功能完備,易使用等特點(diǎn)。 因此本人結(jié)合學(xué)生信息管理系統(tǒng)的要求，對MicrosoftAccess 2000數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)、SQL語言原理、VB應(yīng)用程序設(shè)計(jì)，VB數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)進(jìn)行了較深入的學(xué)習(xí)和應(yīng)用，主要完成對學(xué)生八信息管理系統(tǒng)的需求分析、功能模塊劃分、數(shù)據(jù)庫模式分析，并由此設(shè)計(jì)了數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)構(gòu)和應(yīng)用程序。系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行結(jié)果證明，本文所設(shè)計(jì)的學(xué)生信息量管理系統(tǒng)可以滿足學(xué)生基本信息錄入、課程選定和查詢成績等方面的需要。 第一章對數(shù)據(jù)庫應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)開發(fā)和學(xué)生信息管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了簡明的介紹，并分析了開發(fā)學(xué)生信息管理系統(tǒng)所應(yīng)進(jìn)行的工作。 第二章對學(xué)生信息管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)研究意義進(jìn)行了闡述。 第三章學(xué)習(xí)了具體的開發(fā)工具Delphi6.0，對其數(shù)據(jù)庫組件，SQL語言在Delphi中的應(yīng)用等數(shù)據(jù)庫編程關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的介紹。 第四、五、六章分析了圖書管理信息系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用需求，按照數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)理論一步一步地給出了系統(tǒng) 需求說明書、局部ER圖、全局ER圖、系統(tǒng)關(guān)系模式，子模式，利用MicrosoftAccess 2000建立了數(shù)據(jù)庫，并進(jìn)行了具體的程序設(shè)計(jì)，據(jù)庫進(jìn)行操作。 設(shè)計(jì)充分利用VB、MicrosoftAccess 2000數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)的強(qiáng)大力量，提高了編程效率和可靠性。關(guān)鍵詞：Access數(shù)據(jù)庫，VB語言， 數(shù)據(jù)庫組件，學(xué)生信息管理，窗體英 文 摘 要
The students administrative system is typical informations managements systems(MIS), it develops mainly two respects of development including setting-up and maintenance and front application program of backstage supporters database. Demand to set up the consistency of the and integrality the storehouse of strong , data with good security to the former. Require to the latter that the function of the application program is complete , apt characteristic of using etc. .
So combine and make the request of the entering type library in person, use and design program to Access 2000 data base management system , SQL language principle , Vb, Vb database technology has carried on the deeper study and application, finish demand analysis , function module dividing , database mode to the books administrative system to analyse mainly, and has designed structure of the database and application program from this. The systematic operation result is proved, this text designed students administrative system can meet person who borrow , library staff member and senior administrator three need of.
Chapter one introduced the concise one to database application system development and books administrative system, and has analysed that develops the work that the books administrative system should be carried on.
Chapter two the use for the design of the database and SQL language has carried on network analysis , in order to understand deeply that the database has used and laid the foundation.
