摘 要 :本文主要通過模擬實驗來研究顫蚓對沉積物中多溴聯(lián)苯醚釋放的影響,即在養(yǎng)殖錦鯉魚的魚缸中鋪設(shè)底泥,并在一組魚缸的底泥中投入顫蚓,另一組魚缸的底泥中不投入顫蚓,通過定期測試進鯉魚體內(nèi)多溴聯(lián)苯醚含量來分析討論問題。并且在實驗過程中對各注入渤海的河流沉積物中多溴聯(lián)苯醚進行簡單調(diào)查研究,對其污染水平和分布特點進行初步探索。
