人類文明邁進二十一世紀新紀元,我們迎來了數(shù)字化信息時代,漸漸地改變著人們的工作、學習以及生活方式。計算機網(wǎng)絡、Internet扮演著越來越重要的角色。其核心的數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)正在改變中國各個領域的管理模式,電子商務、電子政務進入了和我們生活的方方面面,比如網(wǎng)上商店、網(wǎng)上銀行、網(wǎng)上辦公等。
銀行業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展,也將成為銀行業(yè)提高自身競爭力的主要方式。銀行信息系統(tǒng)是銀行信息化建設中不可缺少的基礎設施與支撐環(huán)境,是銀行的整體形象、檔次和服務水準的有力表現(xiàn)方式。為銀行強化內(nèi)部管理、提高服務質(zhì)量,減少工作中的差錯,提供了可靠的技術(shù)手段和技術(shù)保障。
目前,銀行業(yè)的信息系統(tǒng)主要分為銀行內(nèi)部的辦公自動化、業(yè)務的高效處理,和對外的網(wǎng)絡銀行服務,內(nèi)部的信息系統(tǒng)的建設幫助銀行減少成本,提高工作效率,提供了數(shù)據(jù)的準確和安全的解決方案,而網(wǎng)絡銀行無疑將會逐步取代傳統(tǒng)銀行業(yè)務的運作形式,成為銀行業(yè)務的主戰(zhàn)場。
本文主要討論的是銀行內(nèi)部信息系統(tǒng)的部分,和介紹實現(xiàn)“中國建設銀行上海分行龍卡網(wǎng)上代繳費綜合管理系統(tǒng)”的方法和過程。
該系統(tǒng)基于大型數(shù)據(jù)庫,和采用業(yè)界先進的C/S和B/S結(jié)構(gòu),使用Java技術(shù)和MVC模式進行一體化設計,充分實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的最小冗余和最大共享;組件式結(jié)構(gòu),模塊之間可實現(xiàn)"積木式"搭配,適用于業(yè)務中不同階段的需求。嚴格系統(tǒng)權(quán)限管理,具有多級安全機制。系統(tǒng)安全穩(wěn)定,能夠不停機運行。采用分布式處理,減少系統(tǒng)部署和維護的費用,降低系統(tǒng)總體擁有成本。服務器操作系統(tǒng)采用當今流行的Linux操作系統(tǒng)??蛻魴C采用Windows操作界面,操作便捷,易學易用。
系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)代繳費銀行業(yè)務的全部自動化管理表現(xiàn)在,把原來的支行和辦理網(wǎng)點收集用戶信息 -> 匯總后交到分行 -> 由分行進行數(shù)據(jù)的檢查和文件的生成-> 在把數(shù)據(jù)提供給電信、移動等企業(yè) -> 實現(xiàn)代繳費的業(yè)務,變?yōu)楦鱾€支行和辦理網(wǎng)點使用瀏覽器,通過銀行內(nèi)部的網(wǎng)絡,輸入數(shù)據(jù) -> 分行確認并發(fā)送給企業(yè) -> 實現(xiàn)代繳費的業(yè)務,大大簡化了業(yè)務的中間環(huán)節(jié),而且實現(xiàn)自動化管理,減少了時間成本和人員成本,確保了數(shù)據(jù)的正確性。主要實現(xiàn)以下幾種功能:
(1)業(yè)務分網(wǎng)點辦理,減輕分行的業(yè)務壓力
(2)通過B/S代替部分C/S的,簡化了系統(tǒng)升級和維護問題
(3)數(shù)據(jù)存儲的安全性,采用了先進的JAVA作為編程語言和先進的Informix數(shù)據(jù)庫
(4)數(shù)據(jù)管理的合理性,對數(shù)據(jù)進行了進一步處理,滿足不同操作的需要

Abstract
In the new century, computer science affects all aspects of human being’s life, and changes our mode of work and study. As the Internet plays more and more important role in modern times, the key technology of it, Database technology is widely used in E-Business and E-Government Administration, such as shop in network, bank in network, office in network and so on.
The construction of Information system will be the important mission in the bank trade. In order to improve the strength of competition, banks all pay great attention to the construction of information system. Because the information system helps enterprises enhance internal management, improve quality of service, decrease the mistakes in work, and make the workers in different unit work in a term.
At present, the information system of banks mainly divides into internal transaction and external transaction. The internal transaction includes OA, highly effective operation. And external transaction includes all sorts of service of bank in network. The system helps cut down the cost and advance the work’s efficiency. So it’s no doubt that E-Bank mode will take the place of traditional bank mode as the main battlefield of bank’s competition.
This paper discusses the components of E-Bank’s internal information system, and introduces the develop method and process of the China Construction Bank Shanghai Brach Long Card Billing System.
This system bases on super database, and adopts advanced construction of C/S B/S.
Besides, it chooses Java as develop language and MVC as program Mode. Use the pack unit structure, in order to make the program in many ways when you need. We also choose the Linux as the server operation system to get better security, and choose Windows as the client operation system to make the manipulation convenient.
Formerly, the work flow is: each work station collect the information of customers -> hand in information to branch bank -> branch bank check the data and create the files -> send data to telecom and mobile -> complete the affair. Now flow changes to this: each word station submit the data in the web site -> branch bank check and send data to enterprises -> complete the affair.
