摘 要
本文根據(jù)某航天火工品的電發(fā)火元件,在將“橋帶”焊接于4根“導(dǎo)柱”頂部時(shí),由于4根“導(dǎo)柱”在封裝時(shí)難以確保其相互位置精度,存在較大的分散性,使其難以準(zhǔn)確找到焊接位置,因此專(zhuān)門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)了一種具有記憶功能的焊接定位工裝夾具。該夾具通過(guò)在焊前分別調(diào)節(jié)好4根導(dǎo)柱的位置,使上電極分別對(duì)中4根導(dǎo)柱的中心并記憶住,焊接時(shí)則依次使4根導(dǎo)柱再現(xiàn)“記憶”位置,確保了焊接質(zhì)量。此外,對(duì)該夾具結(jié)構(gòu)及原理進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)分析,繪制出該夾具系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)總裝圖和拆出零件圖,并對(duì)一些比較重要的局部機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了原理分析和動(dòng)作的實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程。

ABSTRACT
According to electric igniter in aerospace initiating explosive device, when ‘bridge bands’ are welding with the top of four ‘guide pillar’, it is difficult to find the welding position when the four ‘guide pillar’ are packaging because it is hard to ensure the accuracy or their mutual location and exist much more dispersion, so it specially design a fixture with the function of memory. The fixture adjustment the position of four ‘guide pillar’, then the upper electrodes are aligned to four ‘guide pillar’ and memory the position before welding, then it reappearance when welding. These steps ensure the quality of welding. Another, it mainly analyze the structure and principle of fixture, protract the assembly drawing and part drawing, some of the more important part structures were analyzed how to achieve the process.
