摘 要
現(xiàn)今中國的石材工業(yè)高速發(fā)展,對石材的需求量日益增加。而怎樣開采出無內(nèi)傷,無裂縫,并且規(guī)格合理的石材,是我們比較感興趣的話題。目前國內(nèi)的石材加工方法大多數(shù)還是使用刻槽爆破的方法。所謂刻槽爆破就是利用機(jī)械或者水流等方法在孔壁預(yù)計(jì)的開裂方向上刻軸向槽,使爆炸能對所刻介質(zhì)的開裂位置,開裂方向進(jìn)行控制的一種斷裂控制爆破方法。
要進(jìn)行刻槽爆破就必須用一種方法在孔壁上刻出軸向槽。目前國內(nèi)的使用的主要的方法就是使用沖擊式刻槽工具在孔壁上刻出軸向槽,但是這種方法有許多缺點(diǎn)。比如刀具容易損壞,刀具不易拔出等等。本問就是在這種背景下,提出一種新的刻槽的方法:風(fēng)動潛孔刻槽。
顧名思義,“風(fēng)動潛孔刻槽”就是利用風(fēng)動馬達(dá)作為動力,經(jīng)過一系列的傳動來帶動一個(gè)高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的金剛石鋸片的轉(zhuǎn)動,從而達(dá)到刻槽的目的。該設(shè)計(jì)最終實(shí)現(xiàn)使刀具高速垂直方向的旋轉(zhuǎn),取代了以往的上下沖擊式的刀具,這樣就彌補(bǔ)了后者的一些缺點(diǎn),提高了刻槽效率,提高了槽線質(zhì)量,并降低了石材加工的成本。

ABSTRACT
