摘 要
如何應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代化的設(shè)計制造手段,設(shè)計生產(chǎn)出性能優(yōu)異、成本合理的盤式制動器一直是各大汽車公司和專業(yè)生產(chǎn)廠家所關(guān)注的問題之一。
隨著參數(shù)化建模和優(yōu)化設(shè)計技術(shù)的日益成熟,參數(shù)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計方法在工程中的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛,也為盤式制動器的快速和精益設(shè)計提供了現(xiàn)代化的設(shè)計方法。然而,制動器設(shè)計模型的日益復(fù)雜化,使得應(yīng)用傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)化方法進行參數(shù)優(yōu)化設(shè)計出現(xiàn)了一定難度。隨著計算機軟硬件并行化的方向趨勢,MATLAB優(yōu)化工具箱在工程優(yōu)化領(lǐng)域顯現(xiàn)出一定優(yōu)勢,為制動器的參數(shù)優(yōu)化設(shè)計提供了新的方法。
本設(shè)計是針對盤式制動器進行的優(yōu)化設(shè)計。通過摩擦片的中心圓半徑,摩擦片直徑,活塞直徑,制動盤厚度,油缸內(nèi)的油壓,制動盤的直徑等數(shù)值對盤式制動器的影響來進行優(yōu)化設(shè)計。通過以上設(shè)計變量對制動器的性能及結(jié)構(gòu)安排的合理性,以及制動力矩、制動時間、制動盤的厚度為優(yōu)化設(shè)計的目標,來限定約束條件。通過以上優(yōu)化設(shè)計可以得出盤式制動器較合理的尺寸。

ABSTRACT
How to design high quality and cheep disc brake based on modern design and manufacture technology is always the major problem concerned by all automobile factories and professional manufactories.
While designing new brakes,the internal manufactories generally adjust the parameters by experience base on the known drawing of brake.As to the recurrence of calculation and the complexity of brake model,the process of thedesign can be only repeated in limited times manually,it results the parameters are rough.With the development of Parametric Modeling and Structural Optimization,the Parametric Optimization has been used widely in the engineering,and provided modern method to design automobile brake rapidly and delicately.However,as the brake model become complex gradually,the traditionalalgorithms make the Parametric Optimization more and more hardly.Fortunately,the parallelization trend of computer hardware and software brings us the parallel algorithm,such as MATLAB,and it provide new selection of Parametric Optimization Algorithm used in brake design.
This design is a optimized plan for disc brake .It optimizes the design though the influence of the radius of center circle of friction sheet, the diameter of friction sheet, the diameter of piston, the deep of dish brake, the oil pressure in oil jar, the diameter of disc drake and so on .It limits the condition of restrain by the design variable influent the function of disc brake, reasonable of the plan of structure, and the time of limitation, the deep of disc brake as the aim of optimized plan. We can conclude the reasonable dimension of disc brake though the optimized design of the about.
