在我國(guó)社會(huì)人口的老齡化趨勢(shì)不斷加劇,以及因各種意外造成的殘疾人數(shù)量不斷加大的今天,社會(huì)弱勢(shì)群體的生活質(zhì)量越來(lái)越受到人們的關(guān)注。專門(mén)為他們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)的產(chǎn)品也不斷問(wèn)世。電動(dòng)代步車作為一種面向弱勢(shì)群體的代步工具,它的出現(xiàn)將有著廣泛的市場(chǎng)前景。因此對(duì)電動(dòng)代步車的開(kāi)發(fā)研究有著重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
軸距調(diào)節(jié)裝置的設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā)主要是針對(duì)電動(dòng)代步車的安全性以及安全性和靈活性的矛盾所提出的。同時(shí)考慮到使用人群的特點(diǎn),我們應(yīng)盡可能的保證操縱簡(jiǎn)單,在一定情況下具有自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)功能。
本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是在給定設(shè)計(jì)條件下,參考現(xiàn)有樣車電動(dòng)代步車在軸距方面的所做的安全性措施和國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有電動(dòng)自行車其它軸距調(diào)節(jié)的方式的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的電動(dòng)代步車軸距調(diào)節(jié)方式和車架參數(shù),設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)旋臂式的軸距調(diào)節(jié)裝置。
其設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程為根據(jù)給定條件,參考樣車的參數(shù),提出整體的設(shè)計(jì)方案。對(duì)方案中涉及的各零件,用AUTOCAD根據(jù)初選尺寸畫(huà)出零件圖,并完成裝配圖。根據(jù)給定的條件進(jìn)行主要參數(shù)的計(jì)算以及校核,加以分析。

ABSTRACT
With the acceleration of the ageing of our country, as well as the increase in the number of disable people caused by all kinds of accidents, the quality of life has been people’s concern with the improvement of the living standard, therefore more and more products designed for them are available. Electric scooter, as a means of transportation for the disadvantaged people, will have a promising market prospect. Therefore, the research of electric scooter has important and practical significance.
The design and development of the wheelbase adjustment equipment are put forward mainly because of the safety and contradictions between safety and flexibility. Considering the characteristics of the user, we should try our best to ensure that the manipulation is simple; in certain circumstances electric scooter have the function of automatic adjustment.
This graduation project, in a given design conditions, on the basis of referring to the measurement of safety and ways of adjustment wheelbase of the existing electric and combining the existing ways of wheelbase adjustment and frame parameters , is to design a arm-conditioned wheelbase adjustment equipment.
The design process puts forward the overall design according to the given conditions, referring to the parameters of the model scooter. As for the components involved in the project, this paper uses AUTOCAD according to the primary size to draw the picture of the components and complete the assembly. This paper calculates and checks the main parameters, then have an analysis according to the given conditions.
