機(jī)械加工中,當(dāng)對(duì)零件的表面粗糙度要求較高時(shí),就需要用磨床進(jìn)行加工,磨床是用砂輪的周或端面對(duì)工件的表面進(jìn)行加工的一種精密機(jī)床.磨床的種類很多,根據(jù)用途不同可分為平面磨床、內(nèi)圓磨床、外圓磨床、無心磨床等.隨著磨削技術(shù)發(fā)展,磨床在金屬切削加工機(jī)床中也占相當(dāng)大的比例,磨削技術(shù)及磨床在機(jī)械制造業(yè)中占有極其重要的位置.本設(shè)計(jì)介紹了M7130J型臥軸矩臺(tái)平面磨床的結(jié)構(gòu)和砂輪修整器的設(shè)計(jì),并提高機(jī)床的加工精度和效率。本次設(shè)計(jì)的主要任務(wù)是M7130J型臥軸矩臺(tái)平面磨床總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,確定主要技術(shù)參數(shù),砂輪控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和設(shè)計(jì)砂輪修整器
設(shè)計(jì)后的M7130J型臥軸矩臺(tái)平面磨床主要由床身及工作臺(tái)、工作臺(tái)油壓筒、立柱、滾動(dòng)螺帽、拖板、垂直進(jìn)給減速機(jī)構(gòu)、磨頭、磨頭橫向手動(dòng)進(jìn)給機(jī)構(gòu)、垂直進(jìn)給機(jī)構(gòu)、磨頭液壓筒、葉片油泵座、手動(dòng)潤滑開關(guān)、機(jī)床液壓系統(tǒng)、機(jī)床冷卻系統(tǒng)、砂輪修整器等方面等主要部件組成。

ABSTRACT
When the demands of the part of the surface roughness is high, we need to process with grinding during the using of machine.Grinder is a precision machine which machines the surface of the tool with the face of the workpiece surface or end of grinder wheel . According to the different ways of using, Grinder of many types can be devided as follows:surface grinder, internal grinder, cylindrical grinders, centerless grinder. With the development of grinding technology, grinding in the metal cutting machine tools also accounted for a large proportion of grinding technology and grinding in mechanical manufacturing plays an important role.. This design introduces M7130J with horizontal spindle and rectangular table surface grinding wheel dresser structure and design, and improve machine precision and efficiency . The main task of this design is Surface Grinding Machine with HorizontalSpindle and Rectangular Table of M7130J-type plan, identify key technical parameters, wheel control system design and design Dresser. After the design horizontal spindle and rectangular table M7130J-type surface grinding machine consists of bed and table, table hydraulic tube, column, rolling nut, extension units, vertical feed Reducer, grinding, grinding head horizontal feeding mechanism manually , vertical feed body, grinding hydraulic cylinders, pumps leaves seat, manual lubrication switch, hydraulic system, machine tool cooling system, such as Dresser and other major components.
