摘要
輥式破碎機(jī)主傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)主要由兩級(jí)圓錐-圓柱齒輪減速器和第三級(jí)的內(nèi)齒圓柱齒輪傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)組成,本系統(tǒng)具有原理簡(jiǎn)單、容易實(shí)現(xiàn)、工作可靠的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。其減速器為一般減速機(jī)構(gòu),具有通用性。由于輥式破碎機(jī)主傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的主要部分是減速器,因此本次設(shè)計(jì)將通過(guò)和一般減速器的比較,進(jìn)行改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化,使之達(dá)到一個(gè)很好的設(shè)計(jì)要求。本設(shè)計(jì)主要側(cè)重于減速器的設(shè)計(jì)。
首先,本次設(shè)計(jì)將在總體方面進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),確立了傳動(dòng)方案,分配了各級(jí)的傳動(dòng)比,并闡述了選擇這樣一個(gè)傳動(dòng)方案的理由。
其次,本次設(shè)計(jì)在總體設(shè)計(jì)的宏觀基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)各級(jí)傳動(dòng)部件逐個(gè)分析設(shè)計(jì),分別是圓錐齒輪傳動(dòng)、斜齒圓柱齒輪傳動(dòng)和內(nèi)齒圓柱齒輪傳動(dòng)。
再次,本次設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)減速器的高速軸、中間軸、低速軸分別詳細(xì)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。然后確立了減速器的大致框架,繪制了減速器裝配圖和若干零件圖。
最后,本次設(shè)計(jì)選取了一到兩個(gè)特殊零件進(jìn)行了校核,保證了系統(tǒng)的安全和穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。

Roll Crusher Main Drive System Design
Abstract
The roller crusher main drive system is composed of the cone - cylinder gear reducer and the third-class gear transmission within institutions .The system is simple in the principle, easy to realize and reliable at work. The reducer is the general slowdown framework so it has inter-operable. As the design of speed reducer is the main part of the roller crusher main drive system, the design will be through comparison and optimization improvements for some general reducer to meet a good design requirements.The design focuses mainly on the design of speed reducer.
Firstly, this design was carried out in the overall design, established a transmission program, allotted the transmission ratio at all levels and described the reasons for such a transmission choice.
Secondly, the design was based on the macro-design , analysed and designed all transmission components which were named the cone gears drive, the helical gears transmission and the gears drive within institutions.
Third, the high-speed reducer shaft, the intermediate shaft and the low speed shaft had been designed respectively in detail. Then a general framework of the reducer were establish and the reducer assembly drawings and a number of parts drawing were mapped.
Finally, the 1-2 special parts selected conducted a check to ensure the security and stability of the system when to be running.
