摘要:本文綜述了分子印跡技術(shù)(molecular imprinting technology,MIT)的基本理論、制備技術(shù)及其應(yīng)用研究進(jìn)展。研究了胺基和懸掛醚鍵共同修飾的超高交聯(lián)吸附樹脂PEA從水溶液及環(huán)己烷溶液不同體系中吸附2,6-二甲基萘(2,6-DMN)和β-萘酚混合吸附質(zhì)的靜態(tài)吸附行為,并討論P(yáng)EA對β-萘酚的吸附選擇性。采用靜態(tài)吸附,掃描電鏡和紅外光譜對制備的聚合物進(jìn)行表征。研究內(nèi)容和結(jié)論如下:
1、將苯乙烯與二乙烯苯混合在一起作為單體,過氧化苯甲酰作為反應(yīng)的引發(fā)劑,制得的樹脂進(jìn)行氯甲基化得到氯球,再把間羥基苯胺溶解于四氫呋喃一起加入到氯球中,得到超高交聯(lián)吸附樹脂。
2、水溶液中靜態(tài)吸附的結(jié)果表明,PEA樹脂對2,6-DMN和β-萘酚均有一定的吸附量,低溫有利于吸附表明兩個過程均以物理吸附為主,但對β-萘酚的吸附伴隨有化學(xué)吸附。2,6-DMN和β-萘酚在PEA樹脂上的吸附等溫線均符合Freundlich方程,且苯胺的吸附還符合Langmuir方程;所有等溫吸附方程的相關(guān)因子R均大于0.98;Freundlich方程擬合β-萘酚中的指數(shù)因子n﹥1,屬于優(yōu)惠吸附。
3、PEA樹脂對β-萘酚的選擇系數(shù)隨初始濃度的增大而減小,隨溫度的升高而增大,主要是受樹脂表面官能團(tuán)、氫鍵的形成和化學(xué)吸附的存在影響。選擇系數(shù)在pH為6.0左右時到達(dá)最大值,β-萘酚在溶液中的 值、氫鍵的形成以及競爭吸附為主要影響因素。

Preparation and adsorptive property of hypercrosslinked adsorbent modified by amino phenyl ether
Abstract:This article reviews the basic theory of molecular imprinting technology and its preparation method and application progress. Studying the amino and suspension ether bond together modified hypercrosslinked adsorption resin PEA adsorbs 2,6-Dimethylnaphthalene(2,6-DMN)and static adsorption behavior of β-naphthol mixed adsorbate solution and cyclohexane solution from a different system, and discusses PEA β-naphthol for selective adsorption. Using static adsorption, scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy to characterize polymer prepared.Studies and conclusions are as follows:
1.Styrene and divinylbenzene are mixed as monomer,Benzoyl peroxide as a reaction initiator. The resulting resin are chloromethylated to chloride ball.Then adding the Bt-hydroxyanil dissolved in tetrahydrofuran to the chlorine ball to hypercrosslinked adsorption resins.
2.The results of static adsorption in aqueous solution shows that PEA resin have a adsorption certain amount of 2,6-DMN and β-naphthol. Low temperatures favors adsorption shows two processes are mainly physical adsorption. However, the adsorption of β-naphthol is accompanied by chemical adsorption.2,6-DMN and β-naphthol in the PEA resin adsorption isotherms are according to the Freundlich equation, and the adsorption of aniline is also according to Langmuir equation; All the relevant factors R of isotherms equation are greater than 0.98;Freundlich equation fits the exponential factor n> 1 in the β-naphthol , are preferential adsorption.
3.PEA resin selection coefficient to β-naphthol decreases with initial concentration increasing and increases with temperature increasing. It is mainly affected by the presence of the functional groups on the resin surface, hydrogen bonding and the existence of chemical adsorption. when PH is about 6,the selective coefficient reaches to maximum, β-naphthol value in the solution, forming of hydrogen bonds, and the competitive adsorption are the main factors.
