摘  要

本設(shè)計的主要任務(wù)有兩個,既朱集礦主井的凍結(jié)壁和井壁結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。設(shè)計內(nèi)容一共分為四章,分別為:第一章主要介紹國內(nèi)外凍結(jié)壁和井壁結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的發(fā)展歷程,包括:設(shè)計理念的形成、實踐,在我國的的引進(jìn)發(fā)展,和對更深層次設(shè)計思想的探索等。第二章主要介紹朱集礦的工程概況,水文地質(zhì)概況,和主井的主要技術(shù)參數(shù),為而后的設(shè)計提供必要的數(shù)據(jù)儲備。第三章是主井的凍結(jié)壁設(shè)計,主要包括:凍結(jié)壁厚度的計算,凍結(jié)壁平均溫度的計算。凍結(jié)壁厚度的計算,主要是從表土段土層中選出三段控制其厚度的土層,然后采用多姆克第三、第四強度理論和經(jīng)驗公式計算結(jié)果的平均值,來比較得到。凍結(jié)壁平均溫度的計算,主要是利用體平均溫度的計算方法,由于體平均溫度計算公式是適用在單排管凍結(jié)下的,而實際主井的凍結(jié)方案是三排管的差異凍結(jié),因此最后的計算平均溫度與實際設(shè)計平均溫度有出入。第四章是主井的井壁結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。主要設(shè)計理念是采用雙層復(fù)合井壁,內(nèi)層井壁按承受水壓力計算,外層井壁按承受凍結(jié)壓力計算,全井筒按水土壓力校核。確定井壁厚度,主要是根據(jù)井筒地質(zhì)柱狀圖,把表土段土層分成三層,每一層又按內(nèi)外層井壁各自承受的力分別計算出相應(yīng)的井壁厚度。然后是井壁的穩(wěn)定性、強度驗算以及配筋計算等,主要計算內(nèi)容有:井壁環(huán)向穩(wěn)定性的驗算,內(nèi)外層井壁環(huán)向配筋的計算和按吊掛力計算的外層井壁的抗裂驗算和豎向抗拉鋼筋的配筋計算。
