在各種銷售手段中,促銷是現(xiàn)在公認(rèn)的最有效的手段之一,越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)加強(qiáng)對(duì)促銷策略的投入。隨著市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力的增大,泰州正大飼料有限公司對(duì)促銷策略越來(lái)越重視。本文在對(duì)正大飼料之前促銷策略進(jìn)行研究的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步探討泰州正大飼料有限公司在促銷策略方面存在的不足及需要改進(jìn)的地方,提出相關(guān)建議,為泰州正大飼料有限公司制定更為完善可行的促銷策略,實(shí)行有效的促銷活動(dòng)提供依據(jù)。
本文主要調(diào)查對(duì)象為正大飼料泰州市場(chǎng)的一些中小型養(yǎng)殖戶,主要研究方法有文獻(xiàn)研究法,問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法,觀察法等,充分結(jié)合相關(guān)理論以及泰州正大飼料有限公司的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)行全面細(xì)致的數(shù)據(jù)分析,得出企業(yè)存在促銷方式單一,方法并不完全科學(xué)等問(wèn)題,并提出與之對(duì)應(yīng)的相關(guān)可行性建議。
