摘要 酒店行業(yè)屬于勞動(dòng)密集型行業(yè),行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)主要表現(xiàn)在人力資源領(lǐng)域的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),酒店在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中能否贏得優(yōu)勢(shì)的關(guān)鍵是“人”,要想提高酒店人力資源的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,必須充分調(diào)動(dòng)員工工作積極性、主動(dòng)性以及創(chuàng)造性,通過有效措施來減少員工的流失率。而酒店的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層也認(rèn)識(shí)到了這一點(diǎn),并開始在人力資源領(lǐng)域里采取了各種措施,希望借此可以使得人力資源得到有效利用,將人才流失控制在允許范圍內(nèi)。
本文將文獻(xiàn)調(diào)查法、訪談法以及其他方法相結(jié)合,以國內(nèi)外的員工流失理論和人力資源相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),通過分析BH酒店人力資源現(xiàn)狀和企業(yè)管理制度,結(jié)合BH酒店員工流失調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)分析,找出BH酒店員工流失的原因,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出解決BH酒店員工流失的具體措施。

Causes and measures of BH hotel staff turnover
Abstract The hotel industry is a labor-intensive industry. Its competitiveness is characterized in the competition of human resources. To improve the competitiveness of hotel human resources, we must improve the value of human capital by reducing the staff turnover rate and fully rekindling staff enthusiasm for work, initiative and creativity. Over the years, the staff turnover rate of hotel industry is the top among the industries. The hotel managers recognize this and start to take management measures to accomplish the rational utilization of human resources and the effective control of brain drain within the allowable range.
Based on the current theories of employee turnover and human resource management system of BH Hotel by the methods of literature review and questionnaire survey, we found out the possible factors of staff turnover of BH Hotel by the analysis of survey data from employee satisfaction survey, on the basis of the emphasis on putting forward specific measures to solve the BH hotel staff turnover.
