摘 要
對(duì)以糙米為原料制作面包的技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究，通過(guò)正交試驗(yàn)確定了營(yíng)養(yǎng)糙米面包的制作工藝參數(shù)和配方，開(kāi)發(fā)出新型營(yíng)養(yǎng)保健型糙米食品。

Abstract This research is on the technology of bread-processing with unpolished-rice as main
material, confirming the technological parameters、formula in manufacturing a kind of nutrient
