目前，我國(guó)中、小型企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)效率都需要有一個(gè)新的提高．但是加工手段卻遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足需要．許多中小型企業(yè)都結(jié)合自己的實(shí)際對(duì)設(shè)備的技術(shù)狀態(tài)進(jìn)行改進(jìn)，通過(guò)強(qiáng)化自身．以求自我發(fā)展.
小型拖拉機(jī)零件(12．54．101前蓋)如圖1所示，采用普通鉆床逐孔加工法，工人頻繁忙于裝夾工件、起動(dòng)機(jī)床、進(jìn)刀、退刀、停車及卸工件，不僅勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大，而且生產(chǎn)率和加工精度低．每臺(tái)小型拖拉機(jī)上用前蓋一件，目前每臺(tái)小拖的市場(chǎng)銷量為1OO萬(wàn)臺(tái)，研制加工該零件的組合鉆床不但能提高生產(chǎn)效率，降低設(shè)備占用率，降低工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，而且還會(huì)為廠家?guī)?lái)可觀的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益．
Abstract：In view of the actual conditions of enterprises and on the basis of overall analysing workpece structure features，accuracy of size，surface roughness，accuracy of distance between drilled holes and other technical requirements，this article points out that the existing eqmpments used to manufacture workpieces may result in lower productivity，greater intensity of labour and worse workng accuracy.16 hole combination drilling machine resolves above problems
