摘 要
長期以來,人們一直使用傳統(tǒng)的腳手架施工,而使用高處作業(yè)吊籃進行施工,其施工費用僅僅是傳統(tǒng)腳手架施工的70%,而生產(chǎn)率是傳統(tǒng)腳手架的3倍。隨著我國建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展,高層建筑越來越多,外墻裝修和維護任務日益繁重,使用高處作業(yè)吊籃,可大大減輕工人的勞動強度、提高施工進度,而自重、成本和能耗則大大降低,經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益十分可觀。因此,本課題著重研究設計移動方便、安全可靠的高處作業(yè)吊籃。其主要由懸吊平臺、提升機、安全鎖、工作鋼絲繩、懸掛機構和電氣控制系統(tǒng)等組成。
由于高處作業(yè)吊籃在我國起步較晚,但發(fā)展較快,開展對吊籃安全裝置的可靠性研究具有重要意義。而近年來,高處作業(yè)吊籃越來越受到用戶的歡迎,設計趨于合理、結構趨于簡約、技術趨于先進、故障率大大降低、使用壽命也大大延長。生產(chǎn)廠家較多,新行的裝備贏得普遍歡迎。
本次設計主要研究高處作業(yè)吊籃的軸向壓緊提升機構以及限速器的設計。

ABSTRACT
For a long time, people have been used to use the traditional scaffold for construction. However, using the high place work basket hanging, the cost is only 70%of the traditional scaffold, with three times productivity of the traditional scaffold. Along with the development of the construction industry in our country, there are more and more high buildings, the workload of the workers engaging the decoration and maintenance tasks is heavier day by day. Using the high place work basket hanging can greatly reduce the labor intensity of the workers, improve the construction process, also the weight of the equipment, cost and the energy cost are greatly reduced, economic and social benefits are very considerable. So, this design is emphasized on the high place work basket hanging that has convenience in movement and security in use. It is made by the suspended platform, the hoist, safety locks, steel wire rope, suspension mechanism, and the electrical control system and so on.
The high place work basket hanging started rather late in our country but with fast development, because of that, carrying out research on safety equipment of a basket hanging is very significant. For recent years, the high place work basket hanging is more and more popular in the consumers, the design tends to be more reasonable, structure tends to be more flexible, technology tends to be advanced, failure tends to be significantly lower, and the life of it is longer. The companies that produce it are much more than ever, the new equipment has been widely welcomed.
This design is mainly emphasized on the axial contracts elevator of the high place work basket and the over speed preventer design.
