關(guān)于城市化建設(shè)的研究與思考

摘要:加快城市化進(jìn)程是由落后的農(nóng)業(yè)國(guó)走向發(fā)達(dá)的工業(yè)國(guó)的必由之路。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)，由于受歷史和地域因素的影響，中國(guó)地區(qū)間經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平差異較大，城市化進(jìn)展緩慢，嚴(yán)重制約了經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)的全面進(jìn)步。小城鎮(zhèn)的興起，活躍了農(nóng)村的商品流通，帶動(dòng)了非農(nóng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，增加了農(nóng)民的收入。因此，要促進(jìn)城市化加速發(fā)展，縮小城鄉(xiāng)差距，必須積極發(fā)展小城鎮(zhèn)，引導(dǎo)農(nóng)民適當(dāng)向城鎮(zhèn)集中。蘇南地區(qū)的小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展迅速，本文僅以吳江為例，談一些關(guān)于加快城市化進(jìn)程的不成熟的看法。

Abstract: Pushing on urbanization developments was the only way from the agriculture country to the industry country. For long time, because of suffering the history and district’s causal localization, the economic development level differed bigger in different areas of China, urbanization developed slowly, that seriously restricted the economic development progresses with socially completely. The rise of the small town, stimulated the merchandise of the village circulate, aroused the development of non-agricultural, increased the income of the farmer. Therefore, in order to facilitate urbanization and contract the city country margin, have to develop the small town in positive propulsion and lead to proper centralization of farmers. Small town developed quickly in South of China, this thesis regard Wujiang as a not mature viewpoint for, talking some concerning quickly urbanization developing only.
