當(dāng)今世界電子技術(shù)迅速發(fā)展,微處理器、微型計(jì)算機(jī)在各技術(shù)領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛應(yīng)用,對(duì)各領(lǐng)域技術(shù)的發(fā)展起到了極大的推動(dòng)作用。一個(gè)較完善的機(jī)電一體化系統(tǒng),應(yīng)包含以下幾個(gè)基本要素:機(jī)械本體、動(dòng)力與驅(qū)動(dòng)部分、執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)、傳感測(cè)試部分、控制及信息處理部分。機(jī)電一體化是系統(tǒng)技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)與信息處理技術(shù)、自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)、檢測(cè)傳感技術(shù)、伺服傳動(dòng)技術(shù)和機(jī)械技術(shù)等多學(xué)科技術(shù)領(lǐng)域綜合交叉的技術(shù)密集型系統(tǒng)工程。新一代的CNC系統(tǒng)這類典型機(jī)電一體化產(chǎn)品正朝著高性能、智能化、系統(tǒng)化以及輕量、微型化方向發(fā)。
這次設(shè)計(jì)中,本人所做的是傳動(dòng)部分的設(shè)計(jì),包括滾珠絲杠,滾動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌直線副,以及電動(dòng)刀架的選擇。這些部件對(duì)數(shù)控車床的精度有較大的影響。

Abstract
Now the world electronic technology rapidly expand, the microprocessor, the microcomputer obtain the widespread application in various area of technology, to various domains technology development enormous promotion effect. A perfect integration of machinery system,should contain the following several base elements: Basic machine,power and actuation part,implementing agency,sensing measurement component, control and information processing part. The integration of machinery is the system technology, the computer and the information processing and management technology, the automatic control technology, the examination sensing technology, the servo drive technology and the mechanical skill and so on multi-disciplinary area of technology synthesis overlapping technology-intensive systems engineering. New generation's CNC system this kind of model integration of machinery product toward the high performance,the intellectualization, the systematization as well as the featherweight,the microminiaturized direction develops.
This design, I have done is part of the design of transmission, including ball screws, linear motion guide, deputy, as well as the choice of electric tool. These parts of the accuracy of CNC lathes have a greater impact.
